Normally people will reply, “okay lor!”
Dear Melissa, the answer suppose to refer to proper British English hor. Don’t anyhow say wait people learn wrong how.
Our professor want to say: However, it is acceptable to provide qualifying terms prior to the use of term “okay lor!” such as “In the case of most Singaporeans, they may reply with “okay lor“. Note the exclaimations connote excitement or a higher pitch in “lor”, which usually suggest some frustration, upbeat positivity or even condescending tonality.
